Enjoy our medium roast Central Valley Sunrise blend. Our Central Valley Sunrise blend has smooth, honey, citrus, and almond notes. This blend is made from Guatemalan, Colombian, El Salvador, Ethiopian, and Brazilian coffees. This is the blend BRC uses for cold brew because of its smooth and complex finish.

Care Instructions
- Store your beans in an airtight, opaque container
- Don’t grind until you’re ready to brew
- Use fresh filtered water
- Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water
- Coffee is best brewed at 190 – 205 degrees F.
