Here’s what to expect when you order coffee from BRC.

Shipping your coffee

Coffee orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Our four-bag monthly coffee subscription is $48 and includes free domestic shipping. Each bag contains 12 oz. One-, two-, and three-bag plans have shipping added at checkout.

Picking up coffee

Online coffee orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 business days. Please wait for your pickup notification before coming in, and bring your order confirmation and ID.

Pickup is at 6501 Schirra Court, Bakersfield, CA 93313, Tuesday–Sunday, 7 a.m.–2 p.m. We are closed Mondays.

Catering pickup is arranged separately with Kim. Submitting a catering request does not confirm an order; Kim must speak with you and approve and finalize the details.

Returns & cancellations

No returns or refunds on coffee already shipped. You may cancel your order by e-mailing info@bakersfieldroasting.com provided your order has not already shipped.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Sign in with the email used for your subscription to view your plan, next payment date, and subscription management options.
