These coffees are selected, sampled, and roasted to be bold while also being smooth, and to be rich while also offering many of the unique qualities expected of specialty coffee.

At Bakersfield Roasting Company, we are dedicated to giving back to our community. We believe in the power of coffee as a catalyst for positive change and have partnered with local organizations to get involved in their efforts. Specifically, but not limited to, organizations dedicated to combating homelessness and human trafficking.
Care Instructions
- Store your beans in an airtight, opaque container
- Don’t grind until you’re ready to brew
- Use fresh filtered water
- Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water
- Coffee is best brewed at 190 – 205 degrees F.
